Refund Policy:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Conditions:

All gift vouchers must be redeemed in full. No change or voucher for unused differences can be issued.

The gift voucher must be presented on arrival.

Any reservations made using this voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy.

Where purchuased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to others.

Each voucher will be valid for a single redemption only. On arrival please present the gift voucher for validation. We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if a reservation has not been made or the voucher is not presented.

When signing up to our mailing list, we need to know your full name and email address. This allows us to send you information regarding Blue Barbakan news, products and services.

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation. We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it.

We will not transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) without first obtaining your consent.
